So, for a "meele" Rogue using the SCAG cantrips, is the Swashbuckler advantage over the Arcane Trickster the ability to use Dash as the Cunning Action instead of Disengage?

Is it the only one?

If he can get any other way to use his bonus action, he can do that as well. Additionally, the SB doesn't need advantage to use his Sneak Attack.

It's not so much that you get to use your bonus action to Dash as you get to use it, period. There are typically lots of things competing for your bonus action- Hide, for instance. TWF, though probably not with Booming Blade. You also get near guaranteed sneak attacks.

Edit: Ninja'd

Don't forget Cha to Initiative either.

Well, there's also Panache + Persuasion Expertise to give you excellent, excellent single-target semi-control. Note that you can use Panache even while hidden as long as your target can hear you; note also that you can have more than one target affected at the same time (one per round but it lasts). And it bypasses Legendary Resistance completely.

Plus the fun social uses of Panache.

Basically, Swashbucklers are fun.
