Feel free to stat up your favorite regular as a villain, with goals, motivations, all that jazz.

DracoKnight is the living embodiment of Tiamat's will in the material plane. He wears plate mail made from chromatic dragon scales, granting him massive resistance to all elemental attacks. His main goals are the conquering of chromatic dragons, the destruction of metallic dragons, and either destroying or converting the Cult of the Dragon.

Some plots involving DracoKnight:

-The ancient brass wyrm, Grougaloragran, has been slain in mysterious circumstances. The kingdom that enjoyed his patronage and protection has asked you to seek out his killer.
-There is a gathering of chromatic dragons, and it's making all the nearby kingdoms nervous. They've armed you with Dragon's Bane weaponry, and sent you to handle it.
-The Cult of the Dragon has reached out to you, under the guise of weary and weakened religious devotees. They are being slaughtered wholesale by a man in radiantly colored armor, and need you to stop him.

The Keeper of Secrets was originally created by Vecna as an avatar of himself, designed, like many others, to hoard secrets and bring the knowledge back to himself. Something snapped in AvatarVecna, though, and he began to hoard secrets from everybody, including the god Vecna himself. It grew to the point where he had an overwhelming belief that only one person should have any knowledge-himself. As such, he seeks to wipe out all knowledge in the universe except that which he has. He often achieves this through murder or by wiping someone's mind, leaving them a drooling vegetable.

Some plots involving AvatarVecna:

-A village has simply ceased to be. All records of it are missing, and only the strong-willed even remember it exists. They've found you and implore you to seek it out, because surely some form of disaster has befallen it.
-The king has been reduced to a drooling moron. He doesn't speak, he doesn't eat, he barely breathes, and the greatest clerics in the land have failed to heal him. They need you to find out what's wrong and how to fix it-especially since the lunar equinox is on the way, and only the king has the secret of how to stop it from summoning Nightmare Moon, a demon of unrivaled power and darkness.
-Everybody has forgotten about you. No one remembers who you are, and you find your own memories fuzzy. Sometimes, you stare at nothing for hours on end, and each time, it's a little longer. What's wrong with you? It all started when you saw that man... If only you could remember what he looked like...
