Hi
So my friends and I (total of 3 of us) have started the Starters set with one friend DMing and the other 2 playing 2 characters each. My one friend is handling the starter set campaign, then we are going to try alternating. I have 1 one shot mostly figured out and 2 short campaigns started(I found some maps online and am working how to expand a story for them) The one I am struggling with is that of 2 towers in the cliffs that are connected by a bridge. One of the towers is damaged.

I was thinking of having the broken tower inhabited by a group of harpies and was looking to see what sort of things harpies will ally themselves with. The map has the second tower as a Wizard's tower. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
