Has anyone come up with any kind of prestige class or hombrew class or anything like that that is blood bending or "blood bending"? I have a co-player that has the blessing of our DM to play some kind of blood caster/bender. She is a Slyth Sorceress and has a special ability given to her by some sciencey types to move blood. She wants to expand on that though so I was wondering if anyone has any kind of homebrew type classes.

If you're not averse to Pathfinder material, there's a Blood Kineticist archetype (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/occult-adventures/occult-classes/kineticist/archetypes/paizo-llc---kineticist-archetypes/blood-kineticist-kineticist-archetype) available for the Kineticist class in Occult Adventures (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/occult-adventures/occult-classes/kineticist). (Kineticist is fairly effective at modelling A:TLA Benders. Or Jedi, for that matter.) Blood Kineticist is pretty clearly modeled off of Avatar's Bloodbending - it even requires that your element is already water.

This one is a caster-type base class, but it does not have enough spells on its list to go after 3rd level. It is not based on any franchise that I know.

This one is a prestige class based on the Deadman Wonderland franchise. It is intended for fighter-types. The table is currently broken because it's old forum content, but it should not be too hard to fix with a table converter.

I don't know any Avatar-inspired blood-bender class outside of Pathfinder, though.

I'm working on an entire blood casting system, if you're interested, and I have a friend that has done so as well for a blood priest (https://eternal-madness.wikispaces.com/The+Bloodcaster+%283.5+Homebrew%29) kind of deal.
