A former player in my group had a third-party book that I would like to find. However, I can't remember what it is called, and am hoping someone here is familiar enough with it to point me in the right direction.
The book dealt with Rogue-like characters. One of the classes was a Ninja who got WIS-to-AC and a small bit of spellcasting. The class also had the ability to throw shuriken with their feet, and there was a special outfit in the book that left the toes open to allow the PC to throw with their feet. The class may also have had a class-ability related to spears (allowing them to make Jump checks to move around) because the PC used a spear. (Or the player may have made this up, since he refused to let me see the class write-up after I approved the class...)
