Are there feats that correspond with your deity's favorite weapon? As in if you wield your deity's weapon and are proficient in it, are there fears that can be used? Or anything along those lines.

Divine Warrior (FoE 147) expend a turn attempt to make your weapon Holy/Unholy for the next attack.

If I recall, Arcanis had a feat that allowed it to count as a monk weapon (so you could flurry with it) though that might have been restricted to Hurrian (longsword). I think Pathfinder has a similar feat. In Pathfinder, Iomedae has a feat that allows clerics of fighters to take weapon specialization with her favored weapon (longsword).

Pathfinder has Crusader's Flurry (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/crusader-s-flurry) which lets you treat your deity's favored weapon as a monk weapon. This is nice with things like whips and scimitars. There's also Guided Hand (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/-guided-hand) which gets you Wis to attack (but unfortunately not damage) with a favored weapon as well.

Not a feat, but dragon magazine has a flaw where you lose proficiency in all weapons but your deity's favored. If you're planning on only using said favored weapon you might as well take it.
