Do you think this invocation is too weak?, too strong?, would you change it or keep it how it is?

If you want to make the text exactly match the standard Warlock invocation text:

"Prerequisite: 5th level

You can cast animate dead once using a warlock spell slot. You can’t do so again until you finish a long rest."

I think it's perfectly fine, as well as a good way to give necromancy to a Warlock without making it extremely OP.

another vote for it being fine. It's kind of a side grade, lower level version of the one that gives conjure elemental.

The only point of contempt I could see with this is that you basically get three allies at all times. That said, so does anything that gets animate dead, and frankly the spell scales poorly into later levels without some boost like the necromancer wizard's.
