Looking for Help finding a feat?

I have seen a feat lately but I can't remember where. It allows to use a spell slot 1 level lower when you cast a spell modified by a metamagic feat, example spell level 3 + metamagic 2 slot higher + unknown feat -1 = use a 4th level slot.

If anybody knows the name of the feat and/or the book where i can find it please let me know.

A feat that reduces metamagic costs by 1? There are a few potential feats: Arcane Thesis (CArc), Easy Metamagic (Dragon 325), Forceful Metamagic (Dragon 308), Metamagic School Focus (CMag), Practical Metamagic (RoD).

Metamagic reduction is one of the most cheesy things you can do, so be careful about using it.
