Converting 5e adventures to 3.5/PF?

Are there any handy guides out there to convert monster stats and DCs from 5e to 3.5/PF or the other way around? I'd like to convert my adventures to 3.5/PF to reach a larger audience but I'm unsure how easy it would be to do so.

Piggybacking off this, I'm curious how compatible the 5e monster stat blocks are with PF heroes. Can you just run with them for the most part?

No.

Bounded accuracy is quite anathemic to how Pathfinder is run. You'd have to more or less rebuild monsters from scratch.
