I seem to remember some wind based invocation using class. If anyone knows what I'm talking about please respond with a link. That's all I can think of.

I remember the Tempest Warlord from one of the base class contests on the homebrew subforum, but that used incantations, not invocations. Was this class just about wind or did it use lightning/thunder as well? If the later it might be what you're thinking of.
