What's the Fastest Flyer in the Bestiaries?

I'm looking for the creature with the fastest flight speed in the Pathfinder rules--in the five Bestiaries for a start, but also including gazetteers, APs, player's handbooks, and any other official Paizo publication.

Ideally I'm looking for something capable of bearing a Medium rider, but in a pinch anything that can carry a message tied to its body will do. Ability to fly at higher altitudes is a definite plus, but raw speed is the top consideration.

True dragons have fly speeds of at least 200 ft, which is a solid place to start. Void and Vortex dragons both have good maneuverability regardless of size or age; Void are NE and Vortex are LE, so the latter is probably a better choice. If the Imperial (Chinese-styled) dragons are available, Sky dragons have good maneuverability at Old or younger and perfect maneuverability after that.
