Chaotic good angel

I was wondering if angels could have any alignment other than lawful good. What if the angel serves a trickster God like Avandra? How would I stat it? I was thinking of using a basic deva and giving it a dagger instead of a mace, sneak attack options, and invisiblity at will.

They were "Any good" in 3rd ed - plenty of room to 'port that idea in.

If you read the description in the fluff they sound more like true neutral, in service to good deities. I say this because they do as they are told without considering the morality of it.
