Wisdom in the Ice

Hey, all. I've got an idea for a character I'm making, and I want to know if there are any good races that have a bonus to Wisdom that are thematically linked to ice/the cold. Pathfinder preferred, but give me 3.X ones if you got 'em.

I can't find any +Wis races with thematic ties to cold or icy environments, but there's a handful of alternate traits for certain +Wis races:
Dwarf: Mountaineer, Surface Survivalist (Cold)
Half-Elf: Cold-Honed, Mordant Envoy
Half-Orc: Unflinching Valor
Human: Heart of the Snows
Changeling: Ice Climber
Samsaran: Mountaineer
