The Feign Weakness feat in the Sword and Fist book does not specify what sort of action it requires. As a standard action it is almost useless and certainly strictly worse than a feint. I'm guessing it's a Swift action, but that almost seems too strong...

Also, does the opponent actually get his attack of opportunity? If so, then that would make sense as a swift action...

If memory serves the Feign Weakness uses the Bluff skill and, as such, would follow the same rules as using the Bluff skill in combat. If you have feat or class abilities that allow you to Feint as a move or free action, then you can perform the action as such but otherwise it's a standard action to use a skill.
