I'm making a character for an upcoming campaign (by far my favorite character so far) but there is a situation that I'm questioning. For the runecaster PrC (Forgotten Realms campaign setting) it says you can trigger runes to activate on passing a creature, does anyone know how this would work for spells that require am attack roll? I honestly have no idea.
