Hey does a polymorphed drow keep his Spell resistance?

Being that it's based on alter self:

You retain your own ability scores. Your class and level, hit points, alignment, base attack bonus, and base save bonuses all remain the same. You retain all supernatural and spell-like special attacks and qualities of your normal form, except for those requiring a body part that the new form does not have (such as a mouth for a breath weapon or eyes for a gaze attack).
https://www.schadenfreudestudios.com/backup/pictures/indent.gifYou keep all extraordinary special attacks and qualities derived from class levels, but you lose any from your normal form that are not derived from class levels.
Monster Manual, p.315, says that spell resistance is an extraordinary ability, so I'd figure not (likewise you wouldn't gain spell resistance from any other creature you polymorph into). If the drow gained spell resistance from a class, such as monk, he'd be fine.

All Drow have innate spell resistance.

How does that contradict his answer?

I meant that all drow get spell resistance. So the official answer is NO??

Hey does a polymorphed drow keep his Spell resistance? No, unless the drow got SR from class levels. Their racial SR shuts off because their race changes.
