I'm a big fan of FFG's Legends & Lairs series of books, as they provide underpowered yet flavorful additions to a game setting (low risk of game breaking). While perusing Spells & Spellcraft, I saw a glaring error and wondered if there was errata. After a lot of crawling through the wayback machine I was able to find these and though I'd list them here for others to use:
