What do you think of this fitting the way they used to be played?

+2Wisdom, +1 Strength
Size: Medium
Land Speed: 30ft.
Darkvision: 60ft.

Outsider: Advantage on saves vs. charm spells, dominate person and can choose between celestial and abyssal as a bonus language.

Neraph Camouflage: Can cast Blur once per short/long rest

Neraph Charge/throw: When charging can gain advantage on melee attacks or thrown weapon attack once per short/long rest

Natural tracker: proficiency in survival

Possibly damage resistance of 2?

I remember going between rogue and ranger for this race, so the +1 strength will help with jump/ athletics, and Wisdom makes sense since their favored class was ranger and had bonus to spot and listen. Should blur be once per long rest?
