I remember seeing it here, but my searches are coming up friutless.
I remember it was a big thread about Paladins in general, and one dude started talking about a wicked awesome build that had some levels of wild magic sorcerer thrown in. I know he mentioned using firebolts and didnt like the idea of point buy because he couldnt bring himself to play a character with <10 Int or Wis, which would be needed for the character to work.
I wish I could provide more info, but I can't. And like i said, searches are n't helping me here.
