What is "CO"? Used in the "experience is a river" thread in this forum. Can't post links, but googling should bring it up.

Related terminology is

PO - Practical Optimization, optimization for characters appropriate for play in a real game, and

TO - Theoretical Optimization, optimization for characters not necessarily appropriate for play in a real game.

Typically abbreviated as "Char Op", but "CO" isn't unreasonable. I could go into the issues regarding abbreviating an abbreviation, but it's still a thing that happens regardless of what anyone might think.
