Does this look balanced for a more intrigue-style Pathfinder game? Any comments and constructive criticism is welcome. Thank you in advance.

VAGABOUND (DRUID ARCHETYPE)
Some druids eke out a meager existence living on the streets or in the untamed areas of a community they call their own. Whether as an unseen guardian protecting strays (be they animal or humanoid) or a shadowy terror enforcing the laws of nature on the cobblestone streets, a vagabound is connected to his community in ways few others can comprehend. Some druids claim "city life" dulls the connection a vagabound has with nature. However, a vagabound uses his survival instincts to find his niche within his chosen community, whether making his home in a peaceful park or a beat-up back alley.

Class Skills
A vagabound adds Bluff, Intimidate and Sense Motive to his list of class skills but removes Handle Animal, Knowledge (geography), and Ride.

Settlement Bond (Ex)
At 1st level, a vagabound can select one settlement whose type is large town size or larger. Within this settlement, he gains a +2 bonus on initiative checks, as well as Knowledge (local), Perception, Stealth, and Sense Motive checks. He can always find enough food and water to feed himself while in his bonded settlement. At 5th level and every 5 levels thereafter, this bonus increases by 2. The vagabound can build a rapport with a new city after 30 days of remaining there; this severs his bond to his previous settlement.

This replaces nature bond.

Hometown Empathy (Ex)
A vagabound can improve the attitude of a resident animal or resident humanoid of his bonded settlement. In order to be considered a resident, the animal or humanoid must have their primary residence within the vagabound's bonded settlement and must have lived at that residence for at least 30 days. This ability functions just like a Diplomacy check made to improve the attitude of a person. The vagabound rolls 1d20 and adds his druid level and his Charisma modifier to determine the hometown empathy check result.

The typical domestic animal or humanoid has a starting attitude of indifferent, while wild animals are usually unfriendly.

To use hometown empathy, the vagabound and the target must be able to study each other, which means that they must be within 30 feet of one another under normal conditions. Generally, influencing a target in this way takes 1 minute but, as with influencing people, it might take more or less time. A vagabound in animal form can use hometown empathy without arousing suspicion or behaving outside the norm for an animal of his type.

A vagabound can also use this ability to influence resident magical beasts with an Intelligence score of 1 or 2 and resident monstrous humanoids, but he takes a -4 penalty on the check.

This replaces wild empathy.

Streetwise
A vagabound gains Improved Unarmed Strike and Street Smarts as bonus feats at 1st level.

This replaces nature sense and the druid's proficiency with medium armor and shields.

Without a Trace (Ex)
At 3rd level, a vagabound leaves no trail in his bonded settlement and cannot be tracked. He may choose to leave a trail if so desired. In addition, while in his bonded settlement he gains the same benefits as if he cast nondetection on himself with a caster level equal to his class level.

This ability alters trackless step.

Lovable Stray (Ex)
At 6th level, whenever a vagabound uses his wild shape ability to take on the form of a Tiny cat, a Small or Medium size dog, a Medium pony, or a Large horse while within his bonded settlement, he can remain in that form indefinitely. If he leaves his bonded settlement while in wild shape, his wild shape immediately ends if the duration would normally have already ended.

At 13th level, when a vagabound uses wild shape to take on one of these forms, he can roll twice when using hometown empathy and take the better result. At 20th level, he can roll three times when using hometown empathy and take the best result.

This replaces a thousand faces.
