need help making a ettin character

The title explains the question, me and my friend want to make a duel character as a ettin and we need a template for one as a character. Any advice for what to do?

Multi headed template. Now pick your race and apply it. Half Giant or goliath make sense if you want a more traditional ettin.

Synad is one that would be good for mutliple heads if you have multiple mental-only actions (stilled silent spells, long term concentration on illusions, psionics, psionic charge reacquisition.)

Illumian? Does each head get two sigils? Name yourselves "copy" and "paste."

dromite? Double the energy rays. Although diopsid with jotunbrud is probably a better option, seeing as how superior two weapon fighting with oversized weapons ain't that bad a combo.
