Hi guys, I've posted it in a thread regarding animal companions, but maybe is better as a general question. What do you think about the interaction between Blood Drain and Exceptional Training?
RAW speaking a stirge (MM284) uses an attack to attach and, from the next round, it doesn't attack and the target loses HP. Does this mean that the stirge is eligible to use Exceptional Training (Dodge and Help command, obviously) while attacched?
