Haste and Ambuscade Questions

Can I use my Haste action and/or my Ambuscade to cast spells? Thanks in advance!

If I recall correctly both of these abilities list what the action can be used for. I believe that casting a spell is on neither list.

Casting a spell is definitely ruled out with Haste -- otherwise, that would be a must-take spell for every caster that had access to it.

Haste Action items: Attack (one weapon attack only), Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Use an Object action

Ambuscade: Attack (full attack it seems, so extra attacks count), Hide.

No spellcasting.
