I was hoping for some help figuring out how to get the highest possible Perform (oratory) check result in pathfinder a single 20th level character could. This is without magic items or spells. All other mechanical shenanigans (race, class, feats, traits) are fair game. I looked through the Pathfinder website, and these were all of the things I found to affect Perform (oratory) checks, either through a direct mechanical bonus or through re-rolling or taking 10.
Race
Driven Worker (halfling alternate racial trait): +4 racial bonus
Ingratiated (halfling alternate racial trait): +2 bonus
Jester (kobold alternate racial trait): +2 racial bonus
Musetouched Aasimar (alternate racial traits): +2 racial bonus
Sensual (vishkanya alternate racial trait): +2
Shards of the Past (samsaran racial trait): +2 racial bonus
Class
Geisha Knowledge (Geisha, bard archetype): +1/2 class level
Patient Nature (Ancient Guardian, druid archetype): +1/2 class level
Reformation Inquisition (Inquisition, cleric/druid/inquisitor): roll twice and take the better result X/day, Perform (oratory) is a class skill
Feats
Magnum Opus (story feat): take 15 instead of 10, +5 bonus
Prodigy (general feat): +2/+4 bonus
Skill Focus [Perform (oratory)] (general feat): +3/+6 bonus
Voice of Sibyl (general feat): +1/+3 bonus
Traits
Talented (social trait): +1 trait bonus, Perform is a class skill
Voice of Velvet (race trait; not sure which race, though...): +1 trait bonus
If a 20th level venerable halfling druid with the ancient guardian archetype and the reformation inquisition (not sure if ancient guardian and reformation inquisition is a valid combo) had a 26 Wisdom (18 base + 5 ability boost + 3 age boost) and all relevant feats with the talented trait, they would have a total Perform (oratory) modifier of:
+64 (20 ranks + 3 class skill + 4 race + 10 patient nature + 1 trait + 18 feat +8 ability mod)
They would also be able to take 15 for an automatic result of 79 or roll twice, taking the higher result. This makes for one mind-blowing story/speech. Does this look like it works RAW? Is there a better way to maximize, arguably, one of the least used skills in the game for a non-bard? ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED!?
