Priest of the Weave
What is the Weave? Whom governs it? And more importantly, who truly controls the flow of magic? Nobody knows the answer to the latter two, but there are deities that are slowly exerting more control over the multiplanes through the Weaves. This has led to the rise of those whom champion the cause of the Weave, and have devoted themselves to the service of one of these deities. The Gods have recognized their service, and have gifted them with the power to cast spells in their name.

Spellcasting: A Priest of the Weave prepares spells the same way a Cleric does, by communing with their God and requisitioning the spells they would like for the day. Charisma determines spells per day, Intelligence applies to DC. They do not get bonus spells per day from a high Charisma or Intelligence score; the spells per day above are fixed. Channeling magic in this way, to reach through the Weave to their deity, is exceptionally draining, and as such, the Priest of the Weave must spend 8 hours sleeping. If the Priest's race does not sleep, they still must spend 8 hours in a restful state before they may prepare spells again. Spellcasting is considered Arcane and thus subject to arcane spell failure.
Spells Known: A Priest of the Weave potentially knows every spell on the Sorcerer/Wizard list. However, they have to petition their God in order to prepare their spells.
Study of the Weave:
At first level, a Priest of the Weave may select one element (from the Wu Jen's list) to be associated with. They may never cast spells directly opposed to this element, but they gain an extra spell slot with which to prepare spells, but it must be from that element. (i.e., if Wood is selected, the Priest may not cast any spells of the Metal element and vice versa).
Wands and Scrolls:
A Priest of the Weave shuns what they consider a "weakness," which is storing spells and using them from scrolls and wands. They prefer to rely on the strength of their God, and their Gods respect that. If a Priest of the Weave ever uses a wand or scroll, they lose all class abilities and spells known for 24 hours, at which point they may petition their God again for more spells, after succeeding a succesful Diplomacy check (DC 10 + (Class Levelx2)).
Petition the Gods:
Starting at 5th level, a Priest of the Weave may petition their God for extra spells. By spending five minutes in quiet contemplation to commune with their gods, they may switch out a spell they know for another from their God's repertoire. The spell removed and the spell prepared must be of the same level.
They may do this a number of times per day equal to the highest level of spell they can cast. Each spell level of the spell they swap out counts as one "use". Therefore, a Priest of the Weave that can cast 9th level spells may swap out 9 level 1 spells, 2 level 2 spells and five level 1 spells, 3 level 3 spells, 2 level 4 spells and one level 1 spell, 1 level 5 spell and 1 level 4 spell, or any combination thereof, as long as the total spell levels do not exceed their highest level spell level, which in this case is 9.
Edit: Changed class skills, added a few restrictions, spells per day will be lowered in a few hours.
