Warlock 12 / Blood Magus 4/ X ?

I am thinking about a Warlock 12 / Blood Magus 4 build. I think it will be more of a npc villain than a pc build. The advantage as evil caster is that he can prepare many magical effects without having magic items that can be looted later.

Warlock 12 enables "Imbue Item", Blood Magus 4 gives Special forms of "Scribe Scroll - Scarification" (on his Skin; 6 Spells of any lvl) and "Brew Potion - Blood Draught" (in his blood; Con + Blood Magus lvl / up to 3rd lvl potion). Add "Craft Contingent Spell" (as many as your HitDice of any lvl) feat and you have a bunch of prepared Spells for the big fight. And as said, after he is slain, nothing to loot that would give the players to much power.

Any ideas or thoughts on this?

What else could be added to the build?

(e.G.) One option that did come into my mind is dipping 1-3lvl effigy master. Together with "Dead Walk" you could have a decent lil evil army to cause havoc in a region.

edit: "Tattoo Magic" (craft feat) would be another option for spells (of up to lvl3).
The more I think about this build, the more I like it. Have a lil army (effigy & undead) with tons of buffs (magic tattoo, craft contingent spell) prepared to welcome the players/enemies.
