Take standard human cause build will be mad as all hell, starting stats will after the +1 to all be as follows: 16/14/12/9/14/14
Levels will be 8 ancients paladin and 12 Beastmaster,
Two first feats/ASI will max STR, following feat will be polearm master, remaining 2 ASI's will be to get CHA up to 18.
His two fighting styles will be duelist and mariner, he will fight with medium armor and a shield + quarterstaff. His pet would probably be black bear and would get nice save bonuses and resistance to magic while fighting at his side. Nothing too fancy but would be quite fun to play a woodlands paladin with a beast companion. :)
