Big Boss NPC

[Mighty Physche]

So the idea is to get a boss npc to dmg with all ability scores. I know there are race restrictions for this but I figured if I went half-elf(pheonix) it would work out. This is what i have found so far.

Base Attack Bonus: +7
Alignment: Any nonevil
Race: Elf or Half-Elf
Skills: Diplomacy 4 ranks , Knowledge (religion) 2 ranks
Feats: Combat Expertise , Dodge , Mounted Combat , Martial Weapon Proficiency Armor Proficiency (heavy) and , ( Weapon Focus (longsword) Exotic Weapon Proficiency (elven thinblade) or Exotic Weapon Proficiency (elven courtblade) )
Special: Must worship Corellon Larethian.

feats
char lv1 EWP(Elven Courtblade) Fighter 1 dodge
fighter 2 combat expertise
char lv3 alertness
fighter 4 mounted combat
swashbuckler 1 weapon finesse
char lv 6 iron will

swashbuckler gains diplomacy as a class skill and knowledge religeon can be cross classed for 2 ranks easily

Fighter 4/swashbuckler 3/ Champion of Corellon Larethian 1

Race: Human (Phoenix)
Skills: Knowledge (religion) 4 ranks
Feats: Alertness , Expertise , Iron Will
put 2 more ranks in know religeon, which is gained as a class skill with CoCL, and you are good to go

fighter 4/swashbuckler 3/CoCL 1/shiba protector 1

CoCL 1 ride by attack

fighter 4/swashbuckler 3/CoCL 2/shiba protector 1

this puts you at Char lv 10 with
to hit 1d20 + str or dex(whichever is higher,prolly dex) + wis
for damage (1d10 + str + dex + int + wis)
BAB 9/4 and a feat you can still choose( i picked imp. crit so your new threat range is 15 - 20)

The boss i have created thus far has increaed to
fighter 9/swashbuckler 3/CoCL 4/shiba protector1

feats chose were
Char lv 12 Two weapon fighting CoCL 4 spirited charge
fighter 6 imp. two weapon fighting
Char lv 15 Greater two weapon fighting
fighter 8 (yet unchosen)

this gives me my 16/11/6/1 and 3 more lvs to do with what i will.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Anyone have some thoughts? I would like to add con and cha to dmg or attack.

Just some at first glance thoughts,

Trade EWP(Elven Courtblade) for Weapon Familiarity (CW I think) it gives you Courtblade, Thinblade and Lightblade for the price of one feat

Otyough Hole from CAdv gives you iron will for 2,000gp instead of a feat slot

Slippers of Battledancing form DMG II gives cha to damage but removes str/dex and requires movement so no full attacking with them. They're also kinda pricey.

Gauntlet of Heartfelt blows (Dragon Mag 314) gives cha to damage as fire damage

Nightstick + Divine Might Feat (CDiv) adds cha to damage for one full round (AoOs too), but you need a way to turn undead to qualify for the feat

Could you elaborate on the feat item and the gauntlets. Shoes are interesting, but I'm trying to add all attributes to every hit

So we effectively have str, dex, int, wis, and cha to dmg. Any one have any clues as to how we add con? It could be a weapon or special gear. Preferably not a limited per day thing. Every attack needs to bonus.

A Big Boss NPC should be a master of CQC.

I finally found it!!! Hammer of earth from magic of rokugan book counts as a +1 harhammer that adds con to damage. That adds all stats to dmg, but only wis and dex to attack. Which isn't really so bad.
