Are there ways to gain bonuses like the bane enhancement on weapons agaist a certain type of creatures by using magic items? Either permanent or eith charges per day, no 3.5 material allowed, any source.

Well, there are actual bane weapons and there's the Inquisitor's ability to activate bane whenever it's handy. Does that help you at all?

The Fighter's Advanced Weapon Training (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/fighter#TOC-Advanced-Weapon-Training) (Warrior Spirit) lets you give a weapon an enhancement bonus equal to your weapon training bonus for one minute (1+WT bonus) times per day. Martial Focus (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/martial-focus-combat) gives you +1 damage with one weapon group and counts as Weapon Training for other stuff (presumably with a bonus of +1). The Advanced Weapon Training (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/advanced-weapon-training-combat) feat opens up the AWT options to other classes that count as fighters for feat prerequisites (e.g. Magus, Swashbuckler). Gloves of Dueling (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/e-g/gloves-of-dueling) boost weapon training bonuses by 2 and are quite affordable.

I've also come across a few mentions on other forums of a +1-equivalent weapon property called "Training" which ostensibly provides an AWT option to the wielder, but I can't find it in any official sources. If it does exist, any character who can afford to take Martial Focus can pick up a +1 Training (Warrior Spirit) weapon and some Gloves of Dueling, which together allow for +3 worth of weapon properties 4/day for one minute each. That +3 is enough to grab not only Bane but also your choice of holy/unholy/axiomatic/anarchic.

If you're a Fighter, you can get Warrior Spirit at level 5 with a feat, and then get more AWT options through class features at 7/11/15 and feats at 10/15/20. They're definitely worth a look (as is Advanced Armor Training); Paizo's done a pretty good job revitalizing the fighter and giving them a bunch of fun new toys to play with.

The spell Named Bullet (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/n/named-bullet) gives you a bane-ish effect for ranged attacks.

In addition to the bane weapon property, Rite Publishing made a Lesser Bane weapon property that only costs 750 gold. For extra fun, have the weapon be Dragon Bane Lesser Dragon Bane!
If you had a way to give someone a Ranger's Favored enemy bonus through an item or spell that would do the trick as well, yes?
