Making up a Specialist Wizard Character (Conjurer).

Focused Specialist give me 2 Conjurations spells per day if I give up a spell slot.

Okay, I give up my non-bonus spell and can cast 3 conjurations per day as bonus spells
OR I can give up the specialization bonus spell and get two back?

Precocious Apprentice gives me a second level spell per day at 1st and 2nd level and when I get to 3rd level as a Conjurer I get to keep the spell slot?

This gives me back the spell slot I give up with Focused Specialist?

so my spells per day at level three look like this:

Choose one 2nd-level spell from a school of magic you have access to.
You gain an extra 2nd-level spell slot that must be used initially to cast
only the chosen spell. Until your level is high enough to allow you to cast
2nd-level spells, you must succeed on a DC 8 caster level check to
successfully cast this spell; if you fail, the spell is miscast to no effect.
Your caster level with the chosen spell is your normal caster level, even
if this level is insufficient to cast the spell under normal circumstances.
When you become able to cast 2nd-level spells, you lose the benefit
described above but retain the extra 2nd-level spell slot, which you can
use to prepare or spontaneously cast a spell of 2nd level or lower as you
normally would. Finally, you gain a +2 bonus on all Spellcraft checks.

A Focused Specialist has one less spell per day than the PHB Wizard table indicates for their level, plus three spells of their school at each spell level.

Yes, Focused Specialist is OP. Not meaningfully more so than other Wizards outside the early levels, though, because by 6th level or so a judicious wizard of any sort won't be running out of spells on most days.

A 2nds-capable caster with Precocious Apprentice has however many spells per day they'd normally have, plus one more second-level spell slot.

Your 3rd-level wizard has the following spells per day of each spell level:
0th: 3 conjuration, 3 any school
1st: 3 conjuration, 2 any school, bonus spells (any school)
2nd: 3 conjuration, bonus spells (any school), 1 precocious apprentice
