Hi, I have this desire to play the stereotype and classic (some things are classic because) angel who for reasons (to decide with DM) has been punished and now is, more or less in a human form, on the Material Plane to serve their sentence.

So, they'll be, probably, an Aasimar, any other idea or angel theme flavour?

You can always borrow fluff from Eberron's Radiant Idols (http://eberron.wikia.com/wiki/Radiant_Idol)

Idea 1: you could also give him the Celestial (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/sorcerer/bloodlines/bloodlines-from-paizo/celestial-bloodline) sorcerer bloodline (either via the Eldritch Heritage feat chain or VMC.) Or just take it normally if you're a sorcerer or arcanist yourself.

Idea 2: The disgraced angel character is actually the eidolon to a summoner or unchained summoner as penance for whatever actions prompted the punishment. Build the eidolon to be as angelic as possible - that is actually your character, though you also control the summoner. I would go with someone you need to protect, like a child or ingenue.

I like this idea in particular, but I would make it closer to an inverse of Jason Blood / Etrigan (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etrigan_the_Demon). Basically, you could play a Synthesist (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/summoner/archetypes/paizo---summoner-archetypes/synthesist) Summoner, only instead of "fusing" with your Eidolon (a disgraced angel bound to mortal service in order to learn humility) your PC swaps with it - essentially giving you two separate characters who function off of the same base stats. The angel is sealed away inside of your PC's mind until released, allowing you to play them as different people - reluctant host and arrogant prisoner.

A similar version of this was explored in an older version of Marvel's Thor, in which the titular alien/god is punished for his hubris by being sealed within the body of Donald Blake, only to be released at Blake's command. (Eventually it was revealed that Blake was always Thor, but... stuff.)

This idea of the summoner isn't bad. At all. I never play a summoner, so it could be interesting

Ooh, this is a fun idea. Maybe being an Eidolon is the heavenly equivalent of getting relegated to kitchen patrol. The celestial authorities' policy for punishing a particularly delinquent angel could be reassigning most of the angel's power to some other schlub and shipping the offender off to play watchdog for some kid who might end up being the Chosen OneTM.

I talked to my DM and he agrees with the summoner idea, probably and unchained one because he likes the flavour more.

Any other idea/item/trait/minor things/advice for the character?

Gone, gone the form of dae-mon.
Become the form of man again. (play off Etrigan)
