Deepspawn exploit?

Is this legal?

1 dominate a deepspawn. Prefferably with something permanant like a custom cursed graft, because this is the weakest link of the plan - you can't afford to lose control, ever. Prepare some scrying-proofed, secure place to keep it.
2 cast clone
3 die
4 revive
5 feed your old body to the deepspawn
6 profit?

As far as ways to get infinite copies of yourself go, it could use some work. Not only must the deepspawn be kept under your control, you also have to find one in the first place, and not every setting will have them.

For example, spamming Ice Assassins of Ice Assassins of yourself and Mindraping them is a much more reliable trick.

You could use the Fusion + Astral Seed trick to gain the deepspawns abilities IIRC... Then just make things die and eat them. Psionics yay :3

(Also the only constructive use of Autocannibalism in 3.5 that I'm aware of...)

if you dont want astral seed there is mind switch and true mind switch for last one you might want to contenciency that as a way to flip the bird on your attacker ( its permanent and you just get opponent's body while he dies in your place)

It's not suboptimal compared to the average build, but it is suboptimal for a 'create infinite copies of yourself' trick.

Not sure this works in the first place. The deepspawn places pretty harsh limits on what spawn accompany a deepspawn, and the closest category for this would be NPC of level 4 to 6. But your wizard is neither an NPC, nor presumably of that level. I dunno that those categories place strict limits on what can be spawned, but they certainly imply as much.
