Replicating Monstrous Thrall as an Arcane caster

Is there any way I can replicate the Monstrous Thrall spell as an arcane caster? CL 20 so all non-epic spells are allowed for the process of replicating it.

[Inevitability]

1. Be a wizard.
2. Put ranks in Knowledge (arcana) and Knowledge (religion)
3. Worship a deity with the Domination domain whose alignment you share.
4. Take Arcane Disciple (Domination)
5. Boost your wisdom to 19.
6. Enjoy your 1/day Monstrous Thrall!

As long as your alignment is LN (St. Cuthbert, Wee Jas), LE (Hextor, Tiamat, Ilsenine) NE (Memnor) or CE (Gruumsh, Merrshaulk) you should be able to find a deity with the right domain.

more simple fix make sure your dm allows spell research then research the spell you want as arcane spell
