Hi everyone, so i'm building a daring champion as a replacement for my swashbuckler, but now i face a problem, i own the first print of Advance Class guide book. i have most of the character built, and now i realize that it doesn't get Opportune parry & riposte due to the errata. i mean the build still works, but it just feels like something is missing. would it be a bad idea to allow the class to keep it or trade it out with derring-do and/or dodging panache? does it make the class to op? i just love the ability so much as a swashbuckler and would like to keep it when i switch to my swashbuckler like cavalier.

I would say to go ahead an just dip Swashbuckler for it. Daring Champion still gets the Tactician class feature, so a one level dip allows you to qualify for the coordinated charge teamwork feat, which is effectively pounce for your party.

Before they nerfed them they were in nearly every way a better Swashbuckler than the Swashbuckler. The only reason to ever take Swashbuckler was for a 1 level dip. (I'm with you though that the errata is annoying. I wish they'd done it right the first time.)

Now they're about the same power level.

The thing is that the Swashbuckler is widely regarded as one of the worst classes in the game, pretty close to core fighter levels of bad.

If you don't mind giving a bad class even less reason to exist by letting an archetype blow it out of the water in its own niche, then knock yourself out.

You can also get around this nerf if you have access to Combat Stamina (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/stamina-and-combat-tricks-optional-rules).
If you do (and really, it's such a great system, you should), you can take the Amateur Swashbuckler (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/amateur-swashbuckler-combat) feat - and thanks to combat stamina, you get to choose a second deed, with no restriction on taking Opportune Parry&Riposte.

Well, arguably at least - one can also read it as getting a second choice as per the feat, and since the feat doesn't allow it, you can't apply your second choice to it. But in that case, well, it's still only a 1-level dip away so you can take it just as easily.

If you DO end up dipping Swashbuckler, do make sure you pick a good Archetype.
Noble Fencer (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/swashbuckler/archetypes/paizo---swashbuckler-archetypes/noble-fencer-swashbuckler-archetype)works well - it replaces Dodging Panache (which you get anyway), and allows you to spend Panache to boost social skill checks.
Picaroon (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/swashbuckler/archetypes/paizo---swashbuckler-archetypes/picaroon) won't cost you anything, but it'll give you the option to wield one-handed firearms.
And Falcata Swashbuckler (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/swashbuckler/archetypes/paizo---swashbuckler-archetypes/falcata-swashbuckler-swashbuckler-archetype) gives you access to a good exotic weapon, and if you make it a two-level dip, you can make Shield Bashes with a Buckler - two-weapon fighting while still counting as only wielding one one-handed weapon.

"Core" classes shouldn't be used for comparison.

Swashbuckler is worse than the Fighter with AWT/AAT for sure though. I blame it on the Weapon Finesse focus which was pretty unnecessary and robbed us of a more interesting martial class that could have existed.
