Ok, the frostrager gains three abilities that improve his punching prowess (two and a half to be exact). But we all know that delivering unarmed attacks is usually very little effective, specially comparing his 1d8+1d6 against... well... just about any enchanted weapon.

So, how would one maximize a frosrager's efficiency without leaving two and a half abilities to waste?

After a quick sweep, I'd say you have a few real options here..
Amulet of Might Fists - Enhancment on damage, but expensive
Amulet of Natural Weapons - Amulet of Might Fists, only cheaper. And, you can get better abilities on it, too.
Kensai - Enchant fists

Another idea is to get your Rage somewhere other than Barbarian. Orc Paragon levels (in UA) give it, as do a few variant classes and Prestige Classes.
Or, Lion-Totem barbarian will give you pounce, allowing you to get the most outta your charges.

Snowtiger berserker is both mechanically and thematically the perfect fit for a frostrager.

Take Snap Kick, if possible. Another extra unarmed strike, useable even when you can't make a full attack.

For the magic weapon enhancement, get an Amulet of Mighty Fists or a Necklace of Natural Weapons (the second only affects 1 weapon, and allows special abilities; it's less expensive). Or have a druid in the party who's willing to cast Greater Magic Fang.

Lion totem barbarian is good, especially used in conjunction with Leap Attack or Shock Trooper.

I was also thinking of getting as many attacks as posible (snapkick, TWF, One-Two punch) to combine with Power attack. But then my penalty to hit would be colossal.
The shock trooper combo might rid of the penalty in a charge, but I'm looking to do this every round.

EDIT:The pouncing barbarian, is unfortunately not available, due to lack of book resources.

Find sources of extra damage. Even something as simple as Weapon Specialisation, Greater(+4 damage total), is approximately equivalent to getting another d8(1+8/2=4.5) of damage.
