Imagine this situation. A rider and his mount are getting ready to attack the party using hit and run tactics, ride by attack, turn and ride by again. The rider knows that he has to hit on the first pass to have any chance. So he and his mount down potions of invisibility. After the first attack, the Rider is visible, as he made an attack. Is the mount still invisible since all it did was run, never attack?

If the mount doesn't do anything that breaks invisibility, it doesn't break invisibility. It's as simple as that.

So yes, the rider would be visibly seated on an unseen horse.

Wonder Woman's plane never attacked, so it's still invisible.
