Pathfinder's Best Grappler?

So, I was wondering what class makes the best grappler in Pathfinder, casters excluded. My first guess would be Tetori Monk, but I'm not 100% sure about it, maybe splashing in two levels of Penitent Cavalier?

Builds and suggestions are welcome.

Tetori is the only PF Grappler that isn't instantly invalidated by a 4th level spell, so it wins.

Manuever master monk's flurry of maneuvers makes it better early on, but tetori wins as you go on.

I will also throw my hat in for tetori monk, supplemented with a style feat like kraken.
