From a design perspective, there's a lot of 3.PF lingering in this that doesn't really belong in 5e; Reflex saves, durations of 1d4 or 3 rounds, "rooted" and "slowed" etc.

From a balance perspective, this is bonkers. At 3rd level, you're doing an extra 1d6 damage per attack for up to 18 minutes a day. At 7th level, you're doing an extra 2d6 damage per attack for up to 9 minutes a day. At 15th level, you're doing an extra 4d6 damage on every attack for up to 6 minutes a day. This is on the Fighter chassis; you're going to be making a lot of attacks.

Assuming both have PAM and a d10 weapon--
Champion DPR at 15= (3)(1d10+5)(.5)+(1d4+5)(.5)+(3d10+1d4)(.15)=16.5+4 +3.15=23.65
Runic Warrior DPR at 15=(3)(1d10+4d6+5)(.5)+(1d4+4d6)(.5)+(3d10+16d6+1d 4)(.05)=40.5+9.5+4.35=54.35

From a pure damage standpoint, you're already doing over double the damage of a Champion, and that's without taking into account the rider effects on the various runes.

Speaking of which, some of those runes are incredibly strong, namely Day, Gloom, and Twilight. Advantage for the whole party just because you hit somebody will wreck bosses fast, ditto for giving them disadvantage on all rolls, and healing 2 hit points on every strike will give you a crazy amount of healing.

Overall, the class shows potential, but is overtuned. If you can find a way to rein in some of the more abusable riders and reduce the sheer amount of damage this class does, I'd say it's ready for playtesting.

Yeah this was originally a conversion if like a 30 page Pathfinder class I made. Ill try my best to tune it down.
