Slashing Weapon + Slashing Flurry or Bludgeoning Weapon + Greater Mighty Wallop?

Which would you prefer/which do you think is better? A slashing weapon combined with the Slashing Flurry feat for an extra attack? Or a Bludgeoning weapon combined with greater mighty wallop?


For this lets assume no maneuvers, only standard full attacks + Power attack.

Also if you could cast Wraithstrike and then power attack for loads, would that cause Slashing flurry to pull ahead because of the extra attack?

Generally, Bludgeoning + Mighty Wallop is better than Slashing + Slashing Flurry, just because of how big the penalty from the other feat is.

For best results, be a Monk with the Versatile Unarmed Strike feat - now you can use both Slashing Flurry and Greater Mighty Wallop on the same weapon.

Unless your base damage is massive with a slashing weapon and your to hit bonus is already so high you don't care, GMW with a bludgeoning weapon is going to do more damage and be significantly more accurate.
