My Dm gave me a Boon of a +1 quickloading splitting dark wood hand cross bow

Any thing I can do to smooth this out?

I think you've mistaken the way the Bonus feat from the Feat Rogue variant work. You still have to qualify for the feat's prerequisites and as such, you don't qualify for Hand Crossbow Focus at level 1 (you need BAB +1) and you don't qualify for Weapon Specialisation at level 4 (you may have Fighter Bonus Feats, but you don't have 4+ levels in Fighter). These are just some examples

Similarly, you don't take point blank shot until level 6, yet you take Precise Shot and Rapid Shot at level 1 (even though they require Point Blank Shot as prerequisites)

Also, you don't have to take a Flaw to get Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Hand Crossbow), because you get that 'feat' from your Rogue levels (all Rogues are proficient with the Hand Crossbow the same way all Bards are proficient with Whips)

I would consider slipping in a level of Sneak Attack Fighter and take Craven. If you can combine that with the Hit-and-Run Fighter ACF from Drow of the Underdark, then do so. Your damage is still going to be subpar, but 1d6+1/character level and another +Dex bonus to damage will help with the DPS.

You can't take Hand Crossbow Focus at level 1, you need BAB +1.

You can't take Weapon Specialization/Greater Weapon Focus/Greater Weapon Specialization/Ranged Weapon Mastery unless you have the requisite levels of Fighter. Feat Rogue doesn't count. And you'll probably want to take Point Blank Shot earlier (at 1st, let's say), as it's a prereq for nearly all the other ranged feats.

Don't take this. It's a standard action, so you can only make one attack per round, and it's exceedingly unlikely that any enemies are going to conveniently line up for this.

You need to take Point Blank Shot first for these.

Manyshot requires BAB +6. Also, it doesn't work with crossbow bolts, only arrows. However, it *IS* required for Improved Rapid Shot for some stupid reason, so you may want to pick it up at least for that.

You don't need this. Rogues are already proficient with hand crossbows.

If you don't mind being evil... Sneak Attack Fighter 1 + Dragonfire Strike + Maiming Strike + Craven = fantastically filthy Charisma damage.
