Turning undead question

Regading any undead that make their save versus a turning, is there anything anywhere that says a cleric cant try and turn the same undead the next round, assuming they have another attempt? Is there a cooldown, like if you resist a dragons fear, you are immune for 24 hours?.

If an ability doesn't say it comes with an immunity until X (and Turn Undead doesn't), then it doesn't. So, Turn ahead!
