TWISTED
Your body has become malformed from repeated exposure to positive energy. Energies that were once healing have left a mark upon you, a cancer that threatens to consume your very being.

CATALYST
Twisted corruption occurs after frequent exposure to positive energy. Receiving more than ten times your normal maximum health in healing from positive energy in a month or less can cause this corruption. Powerful spells and direct exposure to the positive energy plane can cause this corruption more rapidly.

Progression
Twisted corruptions are seldom pretty, and often cause a severe strain upon one's body. Whenever you are exposed to 25 points of healing from a single source, you must succeed at a Fortitude save (DC = 15 + your manifestation level) or your body becomes malformed from the effect. While lesser amounts result frequently in warts and blemishes, such episodes result in far more dramatic malformations.
-Corruption Stage 1: The first time you fail the Fortitude save, the healing results in a vestigial limb growing from where the healing was applied. You take a -2 penalty on Diplomacy, Disguise, and Handle Animal checks and your alignment shifts one step towards neutral evil.
-Corruption Stage 2: The second time you fail, your body further malforms. You are affected by spells and abilities as if your creature type were aberration. Your alignment shifts another step towards neutral evil.
-Corruption Stage 3: The third time you fail, your mind and body succumbs. You become a neutral evil aberration NPC, with +2 Constitution and -4 Charisma.

Removing the Corruption
Getting rid of this corruption requires surgery to remove the various tumors and growths that have formed in and upon your body. Even these procedures might not cure the underlying corruption, for if any trace remains it will return once you have healed, and attempts to magically heal the wounds caused by the surgery may just bring the corruption back in full or even make it worse than before.

MANIFESTATIONS
The following are manifestations of this corruption.

Malformed Hide
Your flesh has become rigid with blemishes and malformations.
-Gift: You gain a +2 bonus to your natural armor. At manifestation level 5th, this bonus increases by 1.
-Stain: Your flesh has grown ridged and more uncomfortable to move in. You take a -2 penalty to your Dexterity score.
Overwhelming Radiance
You have learned how to overwhelm your foes with positive energy, corrupting them as you have become corrupted or causing them to explode.
-Prerequisites: Manifestation level 5th.
-Gift: Whenever you heal a creature, you may heal them above their maximum hit points, providing them with temporary hit points. Often this manifests in vile growths upon their bodies, which fall off when the temporary hit points are removed. These temporary hit points last for 1d20 rounds, determined at the time the healing is applied. For every round a creature possesses temporary hit points as a result of this feat, they must succeed on a Fortitude save (DC 10 + their temporary hit points/their HD, to a minimum of 1) or die in a burst of positive energy.
-Stain: Your body becomes more sensitive to the effects of positive energy. Whenever you are exposed to just 15 points of healing from a single source you are forced to make a Fortitude save, rather than 25 points.
