Quick item question (Pathfinder)

Quick question are there any good means of gaining flight via items for 10000 gp or less? All of Paizo, Dreamscarred press psionics and path of War are open.

Not much. For 8k you can make your own winged boots, for 11k you can get a wand of fly or make your own wings of lesser flying.

Other than items a combat trained Griffon costs 8k, a combat trained hippogriff is 5k (Although Griffons are called out as being sapient, making the trade in them morally questionable.

Hire a high level wizard to cast polymorph any object to permanently polymorph you into something with wings.

It won't give YOU flight, but a Figurine of Wondrous Power (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/e-g/figurines-of-wondrous-power) (bronze griffon or ebony fly) will give you a flying mount for 10k, or 5k if you can craft it yourself.
