So this has been bugging me for a while... How fast is a Warhorse in Warhammer Fantasy 8th edition? Specifically those in the Empire, if that makes a difference.
When I look up the warhorses in the empire's army book, it says Movement 8, but they are always barded, so I assume that the speed reduction for barding is counted in, and warhorses are Movement 9 normally? That seems disturbingly fast, but I decided to roll with it.
But then Pistoliers decided to **** it up for me, since their warhorses has Movement 8, but they are not barded. I assume that since the barding isn't an option for many of the empires warhorses, that their stats should reflect this.
So my question is; SHOULD all the barded warhorses be movement 7, or is there something I'm missing? (warhorse unbarded speed 9, some rule where they ignore barding movement speed, or such)
