Hey,

I'm getting into the later stages of a campaign and I'm stuck on what to give the party bard.

I ended up making a legendary bow for him but want some help to know if it's balanced or not.

Arrowsong:Weapon (any bow), Legendary (requires attunement from a bard)
You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
While attuned to this bow you can use it as your spellcasting focus, and you gain additional bardic inspirations equal to half your Charisma modifier rounded down (minimum of 1).
If you are proficient with a harp you also gain access to the following features:
When you use the attack action to fire an arrow from the bow you can expend one use of your bardic inspirations to empower all attacks you make on your turn. Roll your bardic inspiration die and add the number rolled to the weapon attack and damage rolls.
When you use your bardic inspiration to inspire others, you can affect one additional creature within 10 feet of the original target.
