I have a few questions about it:

1. Does it change the environment? As in, what happens if I am native to the Plane of Fire and use it while visiting the Plane of Water?
2. What happens when you have the "Naturalized Denizen" feat and use it?
3. Are there any fun or stupid Spell Thematics that someone could use with it?

The reason I'm asking is because this ability seems like an awesome way to change up the battlefield. The battle in the icy wilderness being just one spell away from turning into a battle on molten floor... Just seems very appealing.

1. Yes. It specifically says it emulates the creatures native plane environment. You end up with an area with the fire-dominant trait inside a plane with the water-dominant trait.
2. That feat does nothing with respect to this spell. It says you're not treated as extraplanar, but it doesn't say it changes where you're native to.
3. Probably.
