I need help with coming up with a CR for my boss encounter. Also in balancing it to become a fun and iconic boss fight. He goes with a placeholder name Bob, so a name would also be great. Thanks in advance and sorry for odd english and strange notes.

The boss is an evil spirit/necromancer who has captured 6 souls of old heroes. They don't have names yet so they have been named after emotions. They are supposed to be: a legendary tiefling fighter (anger), an antisocial witch (depression), an easy-going bard (joy), a weak lonely wizard (fear), warlock of the great old one (madness), a doppelganger rogue (envy). Otherworldly is a mix of all the people. They can't control the body at the same time, so he'll be doing something random. His appearance should also change to represent the mask representing the soul. Otherworldly would change all the time.

Special:
Bob has 7 masks floating around her. One of the masks will move to his forehead to represent his current emotions. He starts with the ”Otherworldly” mask. Each mask has 50 hp, if four are destroyed Bob dies. The masks and their special abilities are:

Anger: Multiattack: Bob makes 3 attacks against random creatures within reach.
Creature: Imp

Depression: Debuff: Casts Deafness*** or Calm Emotions and a cantrip
Curses?
Depression cannot be charmed.
Creature: Skeleton 10hp

Joy: Buff: Give everyone within 30ft. 5 temporary hit points Wis save DC 14
Enthrall: Cast Enthrall. If Bob loses concentration spell ends.
Creature: Dancing Drow (not hostile during the Joy mask)

Fear: A Friend in need…: Use summon 2 times
Escape with your life: Bob does not provoke attacks of opportunity
Creature: ???

Madness: Madness: All creatures in the room change appearance to someone else. Perception or Insight check DC 13 reveals targets true form.
Crown of madness: Cha save DC 13 to avoid madness. Target creature must attack a random creature within its reach. If Hata loses concentration spell ends.
Creature: noble, giant crab, flying shoe (sword), mule, goblin or commoner; each creature can only be summoned once

Envy: Summon a copy of random PC
Creature: Toad

Otherwordly: Paints pictures on walls. Sings Creepy songs. Is not hostile. Hata will return to this state after defeat. Harmless Pixies float around her. They disappear if observed for too long.

Actions

Attack:
Corruptive Glaive: Melee Weapon attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10+4 necrotic damage.
Corruptive wave: (Recharge 5-6):
Everyone within 15 ft of Bob must make a DC 14 Charisma saving throw, taking 3d6 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Summon (Recharge 4-6):
Bob summons 1d4 creatures that appear within 15 ft. of him. The creatures correspond the current mask.

Spells:
Mirror image

Legendary actions:
Bob can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Bob regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Cantrip: Bob casts vicious mockery. (necrotic)
Summon:
Resurrect a fallen ally with 1 hp
Mask change (2 actions): Bob changes to another mask. Max 50 hp.
