so I'm working on a witch character and cam across the cartomancer archetype which gives them the harrow deck artifact. so I got a few questions about it.

1. how balance is this item since it's an artifact with powerful magic.

2. is it really a good idea to let a class gain this artifact in exchange for a familiar, I mean really, an artifact that can cause powerful random effects for your little familiar.

3. how many times can you draw from the deck.

4 after you draw a card does the card disappears or does it go back into the deck.

6. if the card doe's disappears after you draw how would this work with a cartomancer since they can't use it as a familiar unless they have all the cards.

The harrow deck (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/goods-and-services/toys-games-puzzles#TOC-Cards) is just a type of card deck that exists in Pathfinder. The Harrow Deck of Many Things (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/artifacts/minor-artifacts/deck-of-many-things-harrow) is an artifact, but the Cartomancer witch just has a normal, nonmagical harrow deck.
