Kitsune Vigilante help

Hello eveyone. i need some advice for a build i'm looking into. i want to make kitsune vigilante who is human in his social form and a fox form as his vigilante form. i know it's probably better to two weapon fighting or two handed weapon builds. but i want to make a natural weapon build. i would like to get Aspect of the beast, so i could get two claw attacks in addition to the bit attack. but i don't know what build to use.

i was thinking that natural combat style ranger 2/ avenger vigilante 18

feats i think would work great:
improved natural attack (claw), multiattack, lethal grace (i think this works very well for this build), Rending Claws, and maybe Feral Combat Training, etc)

does anyone have any suggestions on the following?
feats
traits
classes/muticlassing
builds.

i'm not exactly good at making builds in general and was hoping i could get some advise on how to make this work.

note: third party martial is banned, and so is pisonics/mystic stuff.
